This End User Licence Agreement is made between you and GRKN Studios Management Ltd, registered in England and Wales, for the Serkan Çağrı mobile application. It applies in addition to the Terms of Use, and where the app is downloaded from the Apple App Store it also serves as the licence required by Apple.

1. Scope of the licence

The licence granted to you is non transferable and permits use of the app on any device that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You may not distribute the app over a network where it could be used by several devices at once, transfer it, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive its source code, or modify or create derivative works of it, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Maintenance and support

GRKN Studios Management Ltd is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.

4. Warranty

The app is provided without warranty to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the app to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.

5. Product claims

GRKN Studios Management Ltd, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual property claims

In the event of any third party claim that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, GRKN Studios Management Ltd, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

7. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a terrorist supporting country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Third party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement, and upon your acceptance of it Apple will have the right to enforce it against you as a third party beneficiary.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

3. Bakım ve destek

Uygulamanın bakımı ve desteğinden yalnızca GRKN Studios Management Ltd sorumludur. Apple'ın herhangi bir bakım veya destek hizmeti sunma yükümlülüğü yoktur.

4. Garanti

Uygulama, ilgili mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde garantisiz olarak sunulur. Uygulamanın geçerli bir garantiye uymaması halinde Apple'a bildirimde bulunabilirsiniz; Apple varsa satın alma bedelini size iade eder. İlgili mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın uygulamaya ilişkin başka hiçbir garanti yükümlülüğü bulunmaz.

5. Ürün talepleri

Uygulamaya ya da uygulamayı bulundurmanıza ve kullanmanıza ilişkin talepleri karşılamaktan Apple değil GRKN Studios Management Ltd sorumludur. Buna ürün sorumluluğu talepleri, uygulamanın yasal veya idari bir gerekliliği karşılamadığı iddiaları ve tüketicinin korunması, gizlilik veya benzeri mevzuattan doğan talepler dahildir.

6. Fikri mülkiyet talepleri

Uygulamanın veya uygulamayı bulundurmanızın ve kullanmanızın bir üçüncü kişinin fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiği iddiasında, talebin araştırılması, savunulması, sulh yoluyla çözülmesi ve karşılanmasından yalnızca Apple değil GRKN Studios Management Ltd sorumludur.

7. Yasal uygunluk

Amerika Birleşik Devletleri hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı veya terörü destekleyen ülke olarak nitelediği bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD hükümetinin yasaklı ya da kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.

8. Üçüncü kişi lehtar

Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu sözleşmenin üçüncü kişi lehtarlarıdır; sözleşmeyi kabul etmenizle birlikte Apple, üçüncü kişi lehtar sıfatıyla sözleşmeyi size karşı uygulama hakkına sahip olur.

9. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu sözleşme İngiltere ve Galler hukukuna tabidir.
