Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Serkan Çağrı mobile application (the app) does with information, and what it deliberately does not do. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the app and to this website.
The short version. You do not need an account to use the app. We do not ask for your name, we do not track your location, and we do not sell anything to anyone. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us in a message.
Who is responsible
The app is published and operated by GRKN Studios Management Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, on behalf of Serkan Çağrı Management. For data protection purposes GRKN Studios Management Ltd is the data controller.
What we collect
Information you send us
If you use the contact or booking form, or write to us by email, we receive what you put in it: typically a name, an email address, sometimes a telephone number, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, where relevant, to discuss an engagement.
Usage and crash information
The app collects anonymous technical information so we can see which screens are used and where it breaks: device model, operating system version, app version, language, country and in app events such as a screen being opened. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, your device is issued an anonymous push token so that we can send announcements about new releases and concert dates, and a reminder the day before an event you have saved. The token is not linked to your name.
Kept on your device only
Your language choice, your saved events, calendar reminders and the settings of the metronome and reference tone stay on your device. They are not sent to us.
What we do not collect
- No account, no password, no date of birth
- No precise or background location
- No access to your contacts, photographs, microphone or camera
- No advertising identifiers, no advertising networks, no data sold or rented to third parties
Why we are allowed to process it
Under the UK GDPR we rely on: your consent for notifications and for optional analytics; our legitimate interests in keeping the app working, secure and improving; and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when you send a booking or collaboration enquiry.
Service providers
We use a small number of established providers to run the app:
- Google Firebase for hosting, anonymous analytics, crash reporting and push notifications
- Apple App Store and Google Play for distribution and their own aggregate download statistics
- An email provider for handling the messages you send us
Links to streaming platforms and video services such as YouTube open outside the app. Once you leave, the privacy policy of that platform applies, not this one.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Messages you send us: for as long as the enquiry is active, and afterwards only as a reasonable business record
- Anonymous analytics: in aggregated form, normally up to 14 months
- Push token: until you turn notifications off or delete the app
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Notifications can be switched off in your device settings without asking us. Write to us and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
The app is a music catalogue and is suitable for a general audience, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to the systems behind the app is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will tell you and the regulator if something goes wrong in a way that affects you.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the app.

Kullanım ve hata bilgisi
Uygulama, hangi ekranların kullanıldığını ve nerede hata verdiğini görebilmemiz için anonim teknik bilgi toplar: cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil, ülke ve bir ekranın açılması gibi uygulama içi olaylar. Bu veriler toplu halde tutulur, kimliğinizi belirlemek için kullanılmaz.
Bildirimler
Bildirimlere izin verirseniz cihazınıza anonim bir bildirim kimliği verilir. Bunu yeni çalışmaları ve konser tarihlerini duyurmak, kaydettiğiniz bir etkinlikten bir gün önce hatırlatma göndermek için kullanırız. Bu kimlik adınızla ilişkilendirilmez.
Yalnızca cihazınızda kalanlar
Dil tercihiniz, kaydettiğiniz etkinlikler, takvim hatırlatmaları ve metronom ile referans ses ayarları cihazınızda kalır. Bize gönderilmez.
Neleri toplamıyoruz
- Hesap, şifre veya doğum tarihi yok
- Kesin konum veya arka plan konumu yok
- Rehberinize, fotoğraflarınıza, mikrofonunuza veya kameranıza erişim yok

Hukuki dayanak
UK GDPR kapsamında dayandığımız gerekçeler: bildirimler ve isteğe bağlı analitik için açık rızanız; uygulamanın çalışır, güvenli ve gelişmekte olmasına yönelik meşru menfaatimiz; iş veya iş birliği talebi gönderdiğinizde ise sözleşme öncesi talebiniz üzerine atılan adımlar.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Uygulamayı çalıştırmak için sınırlı sayıda yerleşik sağlayıcı kullanıyoruz:
- Barındırma, anonim analitik, hata raporlama ve bildirimler için Google Firebase
- Dağıtım ve kendi toplu indirme istatistikleri için Apple App Store ve Google Play
- Bize gönderdiğiniz mesajların iletilmesi için bir e-posta sağlayıcısı
YouTube gibi video servislerine ve dinleme platformlarına verilen bağlantılar uygulamanın dışında açılır. Oraya geçtiğinizde bu politika değil, ilgili platformun gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.
Yurt dışına aktarım
Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı verileri Birleşik Krallık dışında işler. Böyle bir durumda aktarım, yeterlilik kararı veya standart sözleşme hükümleri ile korunur.
Saklama süresi
- Bize gönderdiğiniz mesajlar: talep açık olduğu sürece, sonrasında yalnızca makul bir ticari kayıt olarak
- Anonim analitik: toplu halde, normalde en fazla 14 ay
