These terms apply to the Serkan Çağrı mobile application and to this website. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not, please remove the app.

1. Who provides the app

The app is provided by GRKN Studios Management Ltd, registered in England and Wales, on behalf of Serkan Çağrı Management.

2. Your licence

You get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for private and non commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the app, rent or resell it, or use it to build a competing product.

3. Price

The app is free. There are no subscriptions, no in app purchases and no advertising. No account is required.

4. Content and rights

Recordings, photographs, videos, artwork, biography text and press materials in the app belong to Serkan Çağrı or to the relevant rights holders, including record labels and publishers. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Material in the creator kit may be used for editorial and press coverage with a credit to Serkan Çağrı. It may not be altered in a misleading way, used to imply an endorsement, resold, or used to train a machine learning model without written permission.

5. Links to other services

Listening and viewing links open on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

6. Booking and press enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the app is a request, not a booking. It does not reserve a date, does not create a contract and does not oblige anyone to reply. Engagements are agreed separately in writing with management.

7. The practice tools

The reference tone and the metronome are provided for practice. Their accuracy depends on your device audio hardware and on the state of the operating system, so they are not suitable for laboratory calibration or for professional instrument certification. Use headphones for the steadiest result, and please keep the volume at a level that is safe for your hearing.

8. Notifications

Announcements and event reminders are sent only if you allow notifications. You can withdraw that permission at any time in your device settings.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the app working and up to date, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Content, dates and features can change, and we may suspend or discontinue the app or any part of it.

10. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from a concert date that changes or is cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not send abusive, misleading or infringing material through the contact forms.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these terms when the app changes or the law does. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may end your licence if you breach them, and you can end it at any time by deleting the app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your own country.

1. Uygulamayı kim sunuyor

2. Kullanım lisansınız

Size, sahibi veya kullanıcısı olduğunuz cihazlara uygulamayı kurup kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans verilir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, kaynak koduna dönüştürmeye çalışamaz, kiralayamaz, yeniden satamaz veya rakip bir ürün geliştirmek için kullanamazsınız.

3. Ücret

Uygulama ücretsizdir. Abonelik, uygulama içi satın alma ve reklam yoktur. Hesap açmak gerekmez.

4. İçerik ve haklar

Uygulamadaki kayıtlar, fotoğraflar, videolar, kapak tasarımları, biyografi metni ve basın materyalleri Serkan Çağrı'ya veya plak şirketleri ve yayıncılar dahil ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm mülkiyeti size devretmez.

Medya kitindeki materyaller, Serkan Çağrı ismine atıf verilerek editoryal ve basın amaçlı kullanılabilir. Yanıltıcı biçimde değiştirilemez, bir onay veya iş birliği izlenimi yaratacak şekilde kullanılamaz, yeniden satılamaz ve yazılı izin olmadan yapay zekâ modeli eğitiminde kullanılamaz.

5. Diğer servislere bağlantılar

Dinleme ve izleme bağlantıları Spotify, Apple Music ve YouTube gibi platformlarda açılır. Bu servisler başka şirketler tarafından kendi koşullarıyla işletilir; içeriklerinden veya erişilebilirliklerinden sorumlu değiliz.

6. İş ve basın talepleri

Uygulama üzerinden gönderilen talep bir taleptir, kesinleşmiş bir iş değildir. Tarih rezerve etmez, sözleşme kurmaz ve karşı tarafa cevap verme yükümlülüğü doğurmaz. İşler menajerlikle ayrıca ve yazılı olarak kararlaştırılır.

7. Çalışma araçları

Referans ses ve metronom çalışma amaçlıdır. Doğrulukları cihazınızın ses donanımına ve işletim sisteminin durumuna bağlıdır; bu nedenle laboratuvar kalibrasyonu veya profesyonel enstrüman sertifikasyonu için uygun değildir. En sağlıklı sonucu kulaklıkla alırsınız; sesi işitme sağlığınız açısından güvenli bir seviyede tutun.

8. Bildirimler

Duyurular ve etkinlik hatırlatmaları yalnızca bildirimlere izin verdiyseniz gönderilir. Bu izni istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarınızdan geri alabilirsiniz.

9. Erişilebilirlik

Uygulamayı çalışır ve güncel tutmayı hedefliyoruz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. İçerik, tarihler ve özellikler değişebilir; uygulamayı veya bir bölümünü askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.

10. Sorumluluk

Uygulama olduğu gibi sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde zımni garantileri hariç tutuyoruz; dolaylı veya bağlantılı zararlardan, veri kaybından ve değişen ya da iptal edilen konser tarihlerinden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. 11. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmayın, işleyişini bozmaya veya yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmayın, iletişim formları üzerinden hakaret içeren, yanıltıcı veya hak ihlali oluşturan içerik göndermeyin.

12. Değişiklik ve sona erme

Uygulama veya mevzuat değiştiğinde bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncelleme sonrasında kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde lisansınızı sonlandırabiliriz; siz de uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz.

13. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar İngiltere ve Galler hukukuna tabidir ve İngiltere ile Galler mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Birleşik Krallık'ın başka bir bölgesinde veya Avrupa Birliği'nde yaşıyorsanız, kendi ülkenizin emredici tüketici mevzuatının koruması saklıdır.
